Sims 4 Sims wont finish cooking

My game recently updated and after the update my Sims won't cook. They will buy the ingredients start the process and in the middle of chopping the food they will stop and do the "Cant reach it" motio...

At least one counter must be free (not corner) nothing on it and nothing obstructing it.

Make sure nothing blocks on the floor and the ceiling.
