Sims 4 sims won't move after the newest update.

I was playing the sims 4 fine the day before but the next day there was a game updated, it was a new update later on after the transgender update,and i clicked play made a new character to start a new fresh game, but once i was done making the house and character and ready to play, i clicked for her to sit down and she just stood there and would not move,i tried to make her make some food and she still would not move,anything i tried she would not do,except do her hw every other function would work, the mood works fine, the bars still go down, she can still talk to sims but i can't make her do anything!!!!!!!!!! i even tried taking custom content out,making a new game with a new character and still nothing, plz help,sims is my passion and if i can't play ill be as bored as well i guess a plant.
