Sims 4: Some option buttons are now glitched?!

Hi! Ok so I was on my Sims 4 game and everything was fine. I went on a cc shopping spree n when I went into my game I noticed something was highly wrong! I went into create a Sim and the options where you set their age,voice,gender, were all smuged like someone wiped it. I that's the best I can describe it n I went to options n the check mark button n the option boxes where gone or something! I looked this up and found nothing! I checked off no cc once n everything was fine. So I'm assuming it was something I downloaded but I have no idea what it was! HELP?!
