Sorry, i think i got what you mean. However, both packs are downloaded already. I'm unsure why the contents of the packs are not appearing in game.

Community AdminThanks. Can you try going into the game details page and trying a repair on the individual panels for Spa Day and the Stuff Pack.

Community Admin@lovemacaron07 Thanks. Also your thread has been moved to the Sims 4 forum. Can you navigate to My Documents/Electronic Arts, and move the Sims 4 folder to your desktop or other backup location, then try launching again?
Did as per your suggestion but still the same....
I can't even find the game details.
Click on the i on the base game in Origin.
