Sims 4 Spa Day and Luxury Stuff Pack not working

I have bought and downloaded both the Sims 4 Spa Day and the Luxury Stuff Pack. However, both are not appearing in my game. I have tried to repair game for 2-3 times but it did not work. Any advice ...

Sorry, i think i got what you mean. However, both packs are downloaded already. I'm unsure why the contents of the packs are not appearing in game.

I reset my computer and I lost all the Sim game. I don't even know how to save the game since I change my window in Window 10.I Reinstall my Sims  4 on my DVD but the Sim stuff pack I don't have a DVD, which I only downloaded it  direct to EA.
