Guys i found a solution.
You have to go to your documents open the folder electronic arts and delete the Sims 4 folder (WARNING: If you want your saves you have to go in to the folder and backup the folder saves). After you delete your Sims 4 folder you can start the game and it must work.If you want to have your saves in the new folder you have to go to Sim 4 folder and replace the new save folder with the old one. Hopefully i can help you.

I bought Sims 4 the day it came out. it worked for weeks, then randomly starting crashing at startup. i did all the trouble shooting all the online forums told me to do, and went through customer service on EA help. it's been a week, and nothing worked. until this. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. I finally have my sims back, you are awesome. 😕mileyvery-happy:

What did you try ? Did you try turning off Origin in game: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/deactivate-origin-in-game/

Danke! Deleting the Sims 4 folder out of the EA folder finally fixed my crashing. Thansk for the tip!
- I have a similar problem exept my sims screen is just a minimized screen I mean minimized al u see is the tab and won't let u maximize it . I tried deleting the folder in the documents only to find it continued to just be a tab and when I went to the folder again it was mysteriously back ...
