Good Afternoon; Let me start this off by saying that I really enjoy this game. On the day of launch, I had no problems downloading/installing, and played the game for about 15 hours in total the fi...
Guys i found a solution.
You have to go to your documents open the folder electronic arts and delete the Sims 4 folder (WARNING: If you want your saves you have to go in to the folder and backup the folder saves). After you delete your Sims 4 folder you can start the game and it must work.If you want to have your saves in the new folder you have to go to Sim 4 folder and replace the new save folder with the old one. Hopefully i can help you.
PS. Sorry for my english i am for germany and speak english only for some years.

I have no EA folder in Documents, or Origin folder, or anything else connected with The Sims 4.
