Sims 4 still broken after factory reset
I’m relatively new to the Sims 4 so I’m not completely sure how to fix this. My cas and trees seem to be broken, I’ve looked up solution for people with similar problems, I first found that it was broken cc, so I deleted all my cc and the game was still broken. I found a second solution which was the “factory reset” (put your sims 4 folder into desktop, start the game, then move certain folders listed back in) and my cas and trees and are still broken. I don’t know what do at this point or where I messed up.
@SethRawwlinss Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:

restart your computer, and repair again. Please do another factory reset when testing as well, just to be thorough.
If this doesn't make a difference, please take screenshots of the messed up CAS and trees and attach them to a post.
