Sims 4 stopping network/internet connection on PC

This week I started having internet connection problems and have narrowed it down to it happening ONLY when Sims 4 is running.  My internet connection on my PC is fine and stable until launching Sim...

Having the same issue on PC, although it's not from LE - I verified that it was never installed on this computer, but my game is definitely having an identical problem to what was described. Starting in Offline Mode didn't help, unfortunately. ☹️
