@Masterg10231234 Thanks for the dxdiag, which lists several BlueScreens in addition to the somewhat generic Sims 4 errors. There are also a couple of Windows errors that suggest a possible faulty driver. Since neither of these should happen in general, it's a good idea to make sure your system has all appropriate drivers installed. Go here:
https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/alienware-aurora-r15-desktop/drivers
Click This Device, enter your service tag, and look for a BIOS update. If you see anything newer than 1.17 (your current version), install it first, then restart your computer. Repeat the process, this time letting the site install any other drivers it detects are missing our outdated. Restart again and try to play.
If you get stuck on the loading screen again, look for a new error in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter perfmon /rel in the run box, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at the time the game got stuck. If you find one, click View technical details, copy the information you see, and paste it here. If you don't find an error, check back in an hour or so—the RM doesn't always update right away.
Please test with no mods or custom content at all, at least for now, to keep things simple.

I successfully installed a bios driver and updated a few other drivers but to no avail.
In the reliability monitor, I noticed that there have been several reports of AWGameLibrary recently.UCSubAgent is stopping working, but I'm unsure if this relates to this issue.
From today, it showed that "The program TS4_x64.exe version 1.111.102.1030 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel."
Here's all the information for the Alienware problem if it is needed:

@Masterg10231234 For the Alienware Game Library issue, try killing the Alienware Command Center in the Task Manager before launching Sims 4. It will restart with Windows if not before; if it restarts right away, let me know.
For the Sims 4 issue, please look in the Security and Maintenance control panel for more information about the freeze. You can search for the name in Windows to open it.
