And what does Safe Mode Downloading mean ive seen that on some solutions

Safe Mode downloading mean that more checks are done during the download making it slower but in exchange more safe.
To enable Safe Mode Downloading Open Origin | Click Origin | Application Settings | Diagnostics then enable Safe mode downloading.
