Sims 4 Stuck on Finalizing

@puzzlezaddict I understand that. I guess the question I should really be asking is how do I link the two together?

@Cheri9803  You uninstall the Origin version of the game and install it from Steam.  Once you've installed the base game and any Steam-owned packs, you sign into Origin and download the packs you own there.  Origin will (should) recognize the Steam-installed game and let you add the rest of your packs.
