Sims 4 Teen has to quit high school in order to get a job

I recently ran into this problem where my teen sims have to quit high school to get a part-time job. This shouldn't be happening. When I chose a job and it made my teen quit high school, a few moment...

My teens are loading in New games with no high school listed either, had to enroll in area where jobs are and doing same where they can't get a part time one because takes over it, tried several times making new one even new characters and same, with or without a parent.
