Hello everyone!
So i've had this glitch for a few days now.
The space where normally the temperature and weather is (underneath the time), is blank.
Another thing to note is that i have mods but i've already updated the outdated ones.
I really need help!

Thanks for your help, it was actually one of my Script Mods (the Wicked Whims Mod) which caused the problem!
Please remove all Mods and CC then test the game without.
Along with what Jpkarlsen mentioned, If you've already gone through your mods folder, you may need to clear your game cache and delete the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder to help with troubleshooting.
