Sorry for the late reply, but I've done the Dxdiag.exe thing. I will create a new game and save it and see if the problem is still there.
@OllenPK Did you get a chance to test a new save? The installed driver for your graphics chip is old, and updating it might help. But there aren't any errors related to the driver in your dxdiag; most of the errors listed are related to Windows trying to diagnose a network error. So I don't know for sure whether the driver is an issue, and if it's not, there's no need to update it.
If the issue does happen in a new save though, you can try installing the newest driver from AMD:
You want the slightly older "Recommended" driver, from November 18, rather than the newer "Optional" one.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. I tested it with a new save without Mods and CC and it's working normally. Due to the update for the Snowy Escape pack, I had to update my Microsoft Visual C++ for it work, is that related to the graphic chip???

@OllenPK The VC++ runtimes are also used to support graphics rendering, but they're not the same as a graphics driver, which is an independent component.
The underlying point though is that your problem is being caused by either your existing save or your mods and custom content. You can try each separately: test your old save with no mods or cc present, or your new save with the mods and cc. For your old save, you can make a copy of it or use "save as" to rename the save and thereby create a new version; that way, you can freely experiment on one copy while the other remains intact.

Hello again, I tested it with the CC, the timestamp is working but everything is lagging still, so that means, I would have to do a deep clean of my CC and delete CC I don't use anymore, in case that's the cause of the extreme lagging I'm experiencing.

@OllenPK If the new save starts lagging as soon as you add your custom content, then yes, it's almost certainly the cc. Aside from removing items you don't use anymore, you can try the 50/50 method to narrow things down:

Keep in mind though that you may have more than one problem file, so it's necessary to test everything at least once.
