@jenkihopper Unless you're using XBox GamePass to play Sims 4, you can use Origin to repair the game. Origin and the EA Desktop App can be installed on the same computer; if you get an error message when trying to open Origin, just restart your computer and try again.
Repairing is safer than manually deleting and redownloading a single pack, which isn't officially supported, and of course much faster than uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game. Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help, you can delete the folder for Toddler Stuff within the game's program files. The default location is here:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4
Each installed pack has its own folder inside, all labeled by type of pack and release order. Toddler Stuff is SP12. If you can't immediately redownload the pack, restart your computer, open Origin or the Desktop App, and try again.
