Sims 4 too long to save and loading screens are long

Hi. My sims 4 game started acting weird recently. It's been fine up to this point and I don't want to lose my saves because I'm on my 6th or 7th generation of my sim family. The loading scree...

    The main issue seems to be your RAM. Not a whole lot.

    Also try updating your graphics drivers. Yours are from 2013.

    Go to the Nvidia page and have it detect your card.

I reset my sims 4 folder, and I deleted stuff out of my sims inventories. They were gardeners and collectors so I think they just had too many things! It works fine now! 

I attached my DxDiag just in case it happens again. My computer is pretty old and I had a lot of issues with the sims 3.
