Sims 4 transfer help!!!

How do you transfer a family and house you made from one pc to the other? I recently bought the game and now I want to switch it to my other PC so i dont have to worry abuot pestering my dad about using his PC all the time cause thats were we orginally bought the game. I already downloaded orgin and the game. I just need to tranfer my saved data (sim family, the house, ect.) PLEASE HELP!!
