Sims 4 update stuck on preparing
Hi.
I'm on PC. and Ive tried SO many things now.
removed the cache on the app, restarted the computer, EA app online and offline,
Ive tried to cansle the download of the update, and even trie...

I was having the same issue.
I clicked the hamburger menu that looks like 3 lines at the top left and selected restart app.
I came back in and clicked the update button and it worked.
I hope this helps everyone.

@sweetmommyangel I had removed Mods, rebooted and neither helped. This did! Thank you!
