sims 4 video card error on launch

So I bought the Sims 4 deluxe with seasons on the 17th. I download and install it, try to play but an error message pops up (sims.png file). I uninstall, check for updates and then repair the sims. I checked my PC for any drivers being not update. Iv'e uninstalled,reinstalled,checked for updates, and repaired the game at least 7 times. please can anyone help me?

your card is fine, should work with that

please try the following things

See if it starts in windowed mode:

Turn off Origin In Game

~~If you have a dual graphics system, make sure the game runs on the card and not the chip~~

Uninstall and reinstall your graphics drivers (unless that's what you already uninstalled and reinstalled)

Rollback to earlier graphics drivers

Right click on the game in Origin and press repair game

Test after each step
