Sims 4 White load screen

When I start up my sims 4 game, I hear the music and the blue loading screen comes but it turns white and I don't see the main screen to load a game or start a new game. I just updated Origin, and then it started doing this. Can someone please help, or can this please be fixed?

Thanks so much!! I will try and see if that works. I've been so confused as to why and I couldn't find the other threads for this problem.

I tried turning off a lot of origin in game stuff and that option, but it didn't work and my screen is still white....I'm not sure why it's doing this and I hope there's another solution.

So I realize I have mods in my game and I took the folder out and disabled mods in game. When I take out the mods the game loads okay but I don't know how to fix that now. Do you know how to fix that? I deleted all the cache files and deleted the ones I can. I am not sure what else will help this go back to normal. Normally my game turns off mods in game when it updates but I opened the game and the mods were already enabled.

@Lbaekr2435 Since the game loads without mods, I'm thinking you may have one or some that are broken.  First make sure you have the most recent versions.  Check with the mod creators to see if they've updated them recently.  Once you're sure you have the most updated versions, I suggest testing your mods/CC a little bit at a time. If you have a lot of mods/CC, the 50/50 method works best.

    1. Divide your mods/CC in half (maybe make a folder on your desktop to hold the half you're taking out).

    2. Before opening the game with the half you're testing, delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder

    3. If the game works with that half, test with the other half. (Again, delete that cache file before opening)

    4. Once you know which half is causing the issue, divide those in half and test again (delete the cache file again).

    5. Repeat the process until you find the culprit.
