sims 4 will not install
I'm having the following issues.
1. I have a disk copy of the game. Thing is, the email account I had with Sims. It no longer exists. The company that I used to have the email with stopped the free email services over two years ago.
When I try to use the code inside the case for the game. It says that it has already been redeemed. Does this mean I have to buy a brand new copy since it is apparent that the code for the disk is useless?
