Sims 4 will not load or open
I have purchased sims 4 for my daughters 13 birthday and it will not load and or open. no trouble with previous versionsw.

I have the same problem on one of my PC's. I loaded the game last night nd played it, again I played it today right up until dinner time it worked fine. After dinner suddenly it shuts down on every attempt to restart the game, I have deleted the game and reloaded but it will not run!
