Bought Growing Together and Highschool Years as add on packs for Sims 4, during black friday. Add ons didnt download by themselves so went to manage add ons and tried to download. They both got stuck on preparing for 4 minutes and after that went to download error ‘something went wrong, give us a few minutes. I cleared the cache and retried for 2 days in a row now, at multiple times. Same error keeps happening. In downdetector, a lot of people complain about the same issue. Really want to play my new games but I simply can’t download them. Please help!
