Sims 4 won't launch after update

My Sims 4 isn't launching after the Nov. 10 update. I've tried uninstall/reinstalling both the game and Origin, deleted all content, cleared the cache for origin, restarted, restored computer.... still nothing.

I'm not getting any sort of message or error code. I click on play and it sort of "blinks" like it's going to open Sims 4, and then goes back to the launch page.

My game still doesn't work, even after the EA update. I have updated the game, repaired the game, and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I have updated Origin and uninstalled and reinstalled Origin. I have updated graphics drivers, run System scans, and ran Nvidia GeForce to install additional graphics updates. My PC spec has not changed since before the Snowy Escape/System update. Attached is my DxDiag file. I haven't been able to play the Sims 4 for a month now, I even have a new pack ready to install (it does not provide me an option to install it currently) which I haven't played. I miss it and I'm getting increasingly frustrated that I can't access a game I've sunk quite a lot of money and time into.

@blueskykatie  Have you tried completely disabling your antivirus yet?  It's often not enough to simply set exceptions for Origin and the game.  I'm not saying you need to get rid of your antivirus, just that it's a useful test.
