Sims 4 won't launch and is not appearing in origin
So I received the Sims 4 last Christmas and I have been playing it without problems since then
The other day when I tried lauching the game after not having played it for a while, my computer had logged out of origin. I had forgotten my password and created a new one, but when I got into it, the sims was gone. I strongly believe that I did not create a new account, but I am not certain, for it asked me for a new username and Sims 4 was the only game I had, so I could not check if it created a new account
When trying to launch the game, it switches to origin and wants do download sims 4, but when doing so it stops me and says that this is not possible as the product code is already used.
I have tried looking under hidden games, but the toolbar to do so is not there.
I have installed one mod (to lock doors) ever, and have deleted it now to see if anything happened, nothing new occured.
