Sims 4 Won't Play

My Sims 4 game won't play. I'm been clicking on the icon on my desktop for a while but it won't come up. I tried clicking Origin to access it that way but that's not working either. The loading circle appears but then dissapears and nothing happens. I'm confused and frustrated cos all I want to do is play it :womansad:. I last played it on Friday anbd it was fine then.

Did you update your game on Thursday ? Try right-clicking on the game in Origin and first try check for updates. If that comes up with nothing, try repair game.

I can't do that cos Origin won't work either ☹️. Also, I didn't update it. The last update I had was the pool udate (I think) and that was a while back.

What issue do you have with Origin ? Did you try reinstalling it ?
