Sims 4 won't repair, EA app won't clear cache (Windows 10 PC)

So I actually am experiencing 3 issues at this time. It all started when I tried to get the 3 free packs, where you have to install Epic games. Well, it showed as if I have already purchased the pack...

Thanks! I just logged back on, and it repaired fine on it's own. I'm still really confused as to why those free packs are not appearing in game though. It's weird because it seems like literally no one else is having this problem long term like I am.

@BuddhistToesZen  Have you tried launching Sims 4 through the Epic launcher?  I know that doing so once used to fix this issue, at least for some players.
