Sims 4 won't repair or update

When I log in to the EA app and go to my games. I click on sims 4 and update it says something went wrong try again later. That was 4days ago. Now I have tried to repair the game first but it gets up...

    I actually figured it out. 

    I did a disk check and there was some files missing looks like its repairing now.
