That processor sounds too low but that shouldn't have anything to do with the issue.
Which visual C++ Redistributables do you have installed ? You can find out in add/ remove programs.
I have 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, and 2013. x86 and x64 versions of all of them. also info that wasnt on the first post im running windows 7 home premium x64
DId you uninstall and then reinstall the 2010 ones or just installed over existing files ?
Sorry for the late reply, not online often. I'm not sure, I think they were installed with windows update and untouched since. I'm also trying to install it onto my brothers laptop to see if it'll work on that.
*Edit- Just tried it on my bros laptop and worked first try. He's running the same OS so Idk why it wouldnt work on mine.
