sims 4 wont start

i have downloaded sims 4 and all i get now is a window which says SIMS 4 STOPPED WORKING when i click check for solution it just does nothing then closes, this is what the MORE DEAILS SAYS Problem s...

bugger
done all that and still wont work same message so i suspect the game wont wok on my computer that was a waste of money then.

Got similar problem with different .dll involved:

I tried with updateting from here Origin Games\The Sims 4\__Installer\vc\vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64

but no sucess.
