Sims 4 wont work unless volume button is pressed
100% of the time when I open The Sims 4 on my Windows 10 PC It lags (My cursor still works though). When I was pressing the esc button to leave the game i figured out if I keep pressing my 3 volume buttons it un-lags itself but only for a short period of time until the volume bar goes away; then I need to press it again. I know it sounds weird, I can't find anything on this. I've uninstalled and reinstalled The Game and Origin several times, Pressed Repair on my game, lowered the settings on my game and updated my computer. Nothing seems to be working that normally would. I'm just about to give up and just not play my game until I get another laptop.
Your graphic drivers are from 2015, go to DELL's homepage, or AMD's, to download new ones.
That might help you a little bit, but your biggest issue is that your processor does not meet minimum requirements, so if updating your driver does not help, you might need to get a new computer.
