I had this problem, but when i tried repairing the game, and turned Mods/CC back on, it worked better. ⭐
Today i repaired my game because it wouldn't let me play after i updated it, and then once i played the game again none of my cc showed up, and all my previous households and saved games were gone like i just bought the game. Then my cc deleted so i re downloaded all my cc and put it in the mods folder and everything but nothing works! please help 😕😭
Did you still have files in the saves folder ?

Hey guys, so I got this problem, and for what I can see, some of you are familiar to it. My CC won't work!!
So I just started play again last month and I downloaded some CC, and it worked perfectly, then my Sims 4 had to be updated, so I did and then all my CC was gone... Now I have tried to delete all of my CC and downloade some new ones, and still nothing.. I have tried a few contents (one at a time) and still nothing.... Can you please help me, I am obsessed with some of the CC

Did you remember to reenable Mods and CC in settings after the update.
that's what happened to me like it restarted but all my houses were still there.
