@melissa369148 I don't see any screenshots. Please try uploading them again, or else upload them somewhere else and provide a link. If you use Google Drive, make sure access is set to "anyone with the link" can see the file(s).
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post, for reference.

Finally, go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, open Config.log, scroll down to Graphics device info, and find out whether the GTX 1650 is actually being used. Let me know if you see something else instead.
Thank you SO SO much for your reply! I have attached my dxdiag and link to screenshots which include image of what my MSI centre is saying for my specs (these were taken on my phone? I dont know if that impacts anything but the the sims are just so blurry in live mode compared to CAS!)
