Sims Body Type Keeps Resetting

I'm having an issue in CAS where every so often one of my sims' bodies will have a weird glitch.

For instance the images below, I set this sims' chest to be very small but every time I change her top or anything her chest will enlarge to like a medium size for some reason??

It's also happened on a male sim where his hips kept resetting to the smallest size and it made him look so out of proportion and weird lol

Anyone having this issue or know how to fix it? ☹️
