Sims can’t use bed

Question in regards to this happening:

- Are you seeing a stuck action in your Sims' action queue? I had a similar issue to this where my Sims would not use beds because they were already under the impression they were because of the stuck action.

I do use some CC, and I had to use a tool from MC Command Center to "Refresh Sim" which cleared their action queue and re-rendered the Sim on the lot. This seemed to fix the issue.

I can't guarantee that it will resolve your issue, but if you were having a similar problem, it might be worth trying.
