Sims can't interact
Disaster! My Sims suddenly can't be directed to interact-- the right mouse button doesn't bring up the interaction menu any more. This was working just last night, so what on earth could be wrong? ...

After moving your mods folder to desktop delete localthunbcache.package file in game folder and fix the game in Origin,
If it will be not help , go in game to City Management panel / Family Management. Move your family to any empty lot and check if you can control your sim now. If problem disappeared move them back.
