You could always edit the screenshot to cover it up and then reattach it to your original post.
Anyway, since you have mods, try moving them to another place on your computer, delete "localthumbcache.package" from your Sims 4 folder in Documents, Repair the game in Origin, and then play again to see if it happens without mods (don't save while testing!).
EDIT: Wait, "set a dress code"...is that definitely a mod?

@StarryMight By set a dress code I meant like set employee uniforms opps. I'll do what you suggested as I've done it before with a other issue I had and it fixed it.
