Sims Crashes On Loadup
So I have just got a new laptop and have downloaded sims to it through origin, however when I launch the game it goes onto the loading screen for a couple of seconds then crashes. I've tried uninstal...
@Qbingbong First of all, please update both of your graphics drivers. You can find the latest downloads for your laptop here:

If asked, choose "GA401QE" from the dropdown menu and then Windows 11. Under Graphics, click Show All and download both the AMD and Nvidia drivers. Install the AMD one first, restart your computer, and then install the Nvidia one and restart again. You shouldn't get an error with either, but if you can't install the AMD driver for some reason, just skip it—the Nvidia driver is the more important one here.

When you reboot, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down anything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example any software from Asus (ArmouryCrate, ROG whatever, etc.). If you accidentally kill the wrong service and it doesn't restart on its own, simply reboot your computer.
