@Qbingbong Your crash dumps are all the same error, one that involves a component of Windows that shouldn't be corrupt (and would likely cause more severe problems if it were). Still, it's a good idea to run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the button to check for updates. If any install, restart again afterwards.
I know you tried a clean boot before, but your crash dumps mention a component of Razer Chroma, actually two. Is Chroma or any other Razer software running while you play? If so, it could have stayed active in the clean boot, which is why it's always important to manually check the Task Manager's background processes. But if you happened to miss the Razer software, that could explain the crashes.
Please also disable the Origin in-game overlay: open Origin's application settings and click the Origin in-game header, then disable the option at the top.

@Qbingbong This type of command needs extra permissions to run, not only that you're using an admin account but that the console is running with administrator rights. You need to choose the Command prompt or PowerShell (or Windows Terminal) option that has the word Administrator in it. If you're searching for the option rather than accessing via Windows key-X, you should still see an option to run as administrator on the option you get with the search results.
@puzzlezaddicthey, so the message I received (6th and 7th bullet point) was

There's no updates and I have uninstalled the razer software since I don't own any and have no use for it anymore. Also have the in game overlay for origin off. All with still no luck in working.Just want to thank you again for doing this.
@Qbingbong I'm glad to try to help, although I wish I could be more effective. Since the Windows resource mentioned in the crash dumps is probably fine, the issue is likely what's calling it, I mean not Sims 4 but something more granular. So try reinstalling the runtimes that the game uses. First, hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click on any version from 2015 or later, and select Uninstall. (Don't touch the older ones.) Then download the newest (2015-2022) runtimes from Microsoft:

You need both the x86 and x64 versions, but you can skip the ARM version, which is for a different class of device. Restart when you're done.
Reinstall DirectX 9 as well, which simply means running the installer over the top of the current one. I wrote out directions for other people here:
If you happen to have overclocked your laptop, please undo those settings. Please also check Asus's own software: it's possible your laptop is overclocked by default, although that would be a bit surprising.
If none of the above helps, I'm going to ask for a second opinion on this thread. But that could take a day or two (different schedules, and people are busy), so if you want to do something in the interim, it's worth trying a clean uninstall of both Sims 4 and Origin. (That might be the first recommendation from the second opinion anyway.) Here's how to do it:
Start by uninstalling Sims 4:
- Rename the Sims 4 folder that has your saves to something that doesn't include the words "Sims 4."
- Download Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) from here.
- Launch Revo, select Sims 4 from the list, and click Uninstall.
- Once the game is uninstalled, select "Moderate" under "scanning modes," and click Scan.
- Review the list, in case there's something you want to save; otherwise, click Select All, and then Delete.
- Close Revo, and restart your computer.
Next, uninstall Origin:
- Quit Origin, then right-click on the Task Bar and open the Task Manager. Scroll through looking for Origin entries. If you find any, click on them and End Task.
- Next, clear Origin's cache.
- Launch Revo again and uninstall Origin, and when it's uninstalled, select "Moderate" again and Scan.
- If Revo finds any remaining registry entries, select all, delete, and click Next.
- Revo will display "Remaining Data and Folders. Select all of them except for the "Origin Games" folder, if it appears. (This is where other Origin games are installed by default.) Delete the rest.
- Close Revo, and restart your computer.
Next, download the full Origin installer and run it. Here's the direct download link:

Be sure to run both the installer and Origin itself as an admin: right-click on each and select "Run as Administrator." When it's reinstalled, download Sims 4; you can just download the base game, to save time, if you want.
Restart after installing and before playing, and allow the game to create a(nother) new user folder rather than reusing your existing one.
If you get a crash after reinstalling, please upload the new crash dump along with a new dxdiag, so the second opinion can get a fresh look.
