Re: Crashing every few hours

Personally, I have a long-standing problem, it started after some kind of update (either after the kingdom add-on, or a little earlier). Everything goes into the game, but when the family loads, the game crashes back to the city selection. Then I couldn't solve the problem, I just deleted the game.

Now I wanted to play again, I downloaded the game, but the same problem remains, only now the game crashes completely when downloading the family. I went through the Mods and pulled out the Mods folder altogether - nothing works. I don't know what to do anymore, please help me.
