Thanks for the reply 🙂 I have done a factory reset but the game still isn't working. There's now another problem where sims won't fulfil any interaction with other sims or with objects.
Do you happen to have the Wicked Whims mod? If so, you need to update it. The old version was causing the sim icon and needs not showing up and them not being able to interact with anything. There's also a known bug with the MC Command Center update deleting all pregnant sims if you have aging during pregnancy turned on.
