Sims face color paint?

My sims character face has a greenish purple splotches on her only when in game when im in cas its not there I've changed her skin color and it goes away but i would like to know why it only happens ...

    I found newer drivers here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/96551/Intel-HD-Graphics-620 but for notebooks it's best practice to use the manufacturer drivers so maybe those have not been updated in a while (which seems odd given that there are newer drivers though)

    New computers rarely come with updated drivers so you should update your computer when you get it.

    Which method did you try to search for updates ?

    I haven't had time to check out your Sim but as it looks good on @Phantomlover1717 

    I'll check the Sim out though and see how it looks for me.

    EDIT: Checked my game and I can see your issue if I turn on Uncomressed Sim Textures (tick the option). Try that but me aware that the game may become laggier because of it. A chip isn't the best for gaming.

Give updating your graphics drivers a try.

I just checked and i have the latest version of the graphics card. Makes sense to me because my laptop only 2 months old
