Since this is your library, there might be something about your cc messed up. CC isn't really supported by EA. It looks like some missing/corrupt skin.
In the gallery I can only find two non-cc sims and they look fine.
EDIT: Moved this to technical as cc is unsupported bug-wise. @HiveQueen75
