Have seen this a lot, especially in Sulani. I'll try to have my sim snorkel and the first 3 or 4 times, she'll abort it immediately. I've seen it with going to the bathroom also, sim will start peeing and immediately get up. I'll have to re-assign the task 2 or 3 times.
