SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

I think it may be the EA app itself as it keeps crashing everytime I try to load. It is unfortunate to be spending so much money on a game you think they could make it work ☹️
I think it is, now I can't log into the ea launcher at all, error code EC: 10005. Can't even try the potential fix now lols.

I've got the same problem now. First the game did not recognize that I own Get to Work. And after restarting my PC, I cannot start the EA app anymore. Got the same error code.
