SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Hi! Ever since the new update, my sims has been lagging and stuff. I have about 5 packs and just bought another. I exited out of the game to get ready for the day and when I came back to play, it said all my packs were gone and won't like me possibly buy them again or restore them in some way. What should I do?
