SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED

So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Same. And after restarting my computer now I can't even login to ea app because of 10005 error....

    @NuSimsYTYup, EC 10005 for me too.

    EA app isn't even showing me the base game anymore, after reinstalling the app.  It just shows 2 empty boxes of games i own.
