SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

@abbzlovesabbz I am having a similar issue. My packs are all there but it won't launch the game. All it will do is open the ea app.
