SIMS PACKS NOT BEING RECOGNISED
So I tried to load my game to play and it is saying I dont own any of the packs?? Then when I tried to play anyways to see what would happen its saying to preorder??? Pls just le me play

Hi all. I just tried playing my game and it's telling me I don't own any EP's or SP's. When I click on "load game" it takes me to my saved game, but at the bottom of my last saved game, it's showing me all the "required" EP's and SP's needed to play the game, which I own all the ones it says needed to play the game.
On the EA screen (the one where you launch the game) it tells me that I own them. It just seems like the game isn't reading the EP's and SP's.
Any help is appreciated.
This is happening to a lot of people, I think. There's another thread with two others with the same issue, so I think it's a widespread network issue. Hopefully EA will get onto it soon.
